How Long Can I Go On Like This?
Over the weekend I ate pretty well, I ate a lot of well balanced meals throughout the day. I looked and all of the vitamins and minerals that I got the most of and I found out that I could use some more of calcium for my bones. it is very important to get as much calcium as possible because the average human gets all of the calcium between the ages of 12 and 16 and I am approaching 16 so I think it is important that I start driving more milk and possible eating other things like yogurt.
